Mainly Birding, but anything I see on my wanderings, sometimes with the Westies
Oh....great sightings!!! I love viewing nature such as you've shared with us. This time of year so much is happening with 'our' birds and you've found a gull 'rookery' that is very active so it seems. Great photos today Gordon. And thanks for linking in this week at I'd Rather B Birdin'...your participation is so greatly appreciated.
Hello Gordon!:) The Black-headed Gull is a handsome bird. I have only ever seen one on our shores. To see so many nesting together has to be a wonderful experience. Lovely shots!:)
Hello, wonderful captures of the Black-headed Gulls. The second flight shot is one of my favorites. Great photos. Thank you so much for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and the new week ahead.

Know that hide well - spent a lot of time there best part of 30 years ago! Lots of gulls then as well!Cheers - Stewart M - Grindelwald, Switzerland
Hi Stewart, more or less all the hides are brand new, so its a pleasure to visit them. Take care, Gordon.
`Great 'family' portraits! We see gulls often everywhere, but a couple of years ago when we were in Anchorage Alaska it was the first (and only so far anyway) time that I actually saw gull babies in nests. It was lovely!
Thanks Sallie, that must have been an awsome adventure. Take care, Gordon.
Fantastic shots of the gulls.
